摘    要:用主成分回归和偏最小二乘方法分别处理谷物的付立叶变换近红外漫反射光谱,对谷物中含量分别为 10~(-1)的蛋白质、10~(-2)的脂肪、10~(-3)的赖氨酸进行了定量测定。表明这2种方法与经典化学方法没有系统偏差,结果优于逐步回归分析。

Abstract:Protein,fat and lysine(the concentrations in between 10~(-1),10~(-2),10~(-3)respectively)in cereal were quantitatively determined by principal component regression(PCR)and partial least-squares(PLS) through processing cereal's Fourier transform near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.The correla- tion coefficient(R)and variability(CV)between PCR predicted values and chemically determined values were 0.984 and 2.09%,0.910 and 6.28%,0.924 and 5.62% for protein,fat,lysine respectively.The R and CV betwe...
