地块连片特征如何影响土地生产率

为探究不同程度的地块连片对规模户土地生产率的影响，将连片地块划分为完全连片和适度连片两种类型，以湖北省两县区水稻规模户的调查数据为例分析其地块连片状况，并运用内生转换回归模型测算不同程度的地块连片对土地生产率的影响效应。结果显示:无论何种程度的地块连片均有助于提高规模户的土地生产率，具体表现为:在反事实假设下，实际已将地块连片的规模户若不连片，土地生产率会下降；实际未将地块连片的规模户若连片，土地生产率会上升。此外，受机械动力与经营规模匹配不当造成的管理难度增加的影响，地块完全连片在提高规模户土地生产率方面的效果明显差于地块适度连片。据此，建议受技术和管理能力局限、土地流转困难的规模户在扩大经营规模时不必过度追求完全连片的地块，只需保证经营的农地中没有面积特别狭小的规模不经济地块即可。

How does the contiguous characteristics of plots affect land productivity

In order to explore the impact of different degrees of contiguous of plots on the land productivity of large-scale households, the contiguous plots are classified into two types(e. g. , complete contiguous and moderate contiguous)in this study. The survey data of rice-scale households in two regions of Hubei Province is taken as example to analyze the contiguous characteristics of plots, and the endogenous transformation regression model is used to measure the effect of connecting plots into different degrees on the land productivity. The results show that no matter what degree of contiguity is, contiguous plots will help to increase the land productivity of large-scale households. It is mainly reflected as follows: Under the counterfactual assumption, when the large-scale households that have actually concatenated the plots do not concatenate, the land productivity will decrease; When the large-scale households that have not actually concatenated the plots do concatenate, the land productivity will increase. Affected by the increased management difficulty caused by the improper matching of mechanical power and farmland scale, the effect of completely connecting plots in increasing the land productivity of large-scale households is significantly worse than that of moderately connecting plots. In conclusion, it is recommended that large-scale households with limited technical and management capabilities and have difficulties in land transfer should not excessively pursue complete contiguous plots when expanding the scale of farmland. The households only need to ensure that there are no particularly small and uneconomical plots in the farmland they manage.
