我国农副食品加工业全要素生产率研究——基于17个细分行业数据

摘    要:为了解我国农副食品加工业发展状况,运用malmquist指数法对其17个行业2003—2009年间的数据进行农副食品加工业全要素生产率的测算,并将其分解为技术效率提高和技术进步。结果表明:2003—2009年我国农副食品加工业全要素生产率总体变化不大,农副食品加工业的发展得益于技术进步,而17个细分行业的全要素生产率增长不一,究其原因是物耗的增加阻碍生产率的提高,人力资本投资的增加则有利于生产率的改善。农副食品加工业下的细分行业间增长率存在绝对趋同,趋同速度为年均10.73%。

Abstract:In order to investigate the development situation,the malmquist index measuring method was applied in this paper to estimate the total factor productivity of the agro-food processing industry and to decompose it into technical efficiency and technological progress based on the panel data of 17 subdivisions of agricultural food processing industry during 2003—2009.The result shows that,the overall change of the total factor productivity for the agricultural food processing industry was nearly little from 2003 to 2009 in China and the development of agricultural and sideline food processing industry got benefits from technology progressing.The growth of the total factor productivity for the 17 subdivisions is different due to the reason that the increase of the substantial consumption restrains the productivity rising,however,the increase of human capital investment is helpful for the improvement of productivity.It is an absolute convergence for the increase rate of the 17 subdivision industries,and the average annual rate reaches 10.7 percent.
