硼对西瓜蔗糖代谢的影响及对黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒的抗性诱导

摘    要:以辽宁田间主栽西瓜品种"京欣"为试材,通过室内盆栽试验及田问大棚试验,采用病情指数调查、酶联免疫吸附一双抗夹心法、田间倒瓤率调查和蔗糖合成相关生理指标测定,研究了硼元素抗黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒(Cucumber Green Mottle Mosaic Virus,CGMMV)的室内效果、田间对西瓜倒瓤率的控制作用及其对西瓜蔗糖代谢的诱导作用.结果表明:叶面喷施硼元素浓度为30 mg/L时,萌芦的发病程度及病毒含量均显著低于接种对照(P<0.05);单独喷施硼元素和喷施硼元素后再接种CGMMV处理,均可通过调节与蔗糖代谢密切相关的酸性转化酶(A1),中性转化酶(NI),蔗糖合成酶(SS),蔗糖磷酸化酶(SPS)活性,促进蔗糖的合成.此外,田间试验结果表明:西瓜感染CGMMV前,喷施硼元素,可降低西瓜倒瓤率,对西瓜倒瓢的防控作用可达42.9%,且果肉内病毒含量低于接种对照.因此,喷施硼元素后可以通过调控蔗糖代谢相关酶活性,促进蔗糖的合成,从而抑制西瓜倒瓤.

Abstract:Studies were conducted with watermelon scultivar (Jing Xin) in Liao Ning Province.The resistance induced by spraying boron against water fresh disease of watermelon caused by Cucumber Green Mottle Mosaic Virus (CGMMV) was studied.The results showed that the lowest disease index and content of virus were achieved at the treatment of 30 mg/L of boron,P<0.05.The activities of acid invertase (AI),neutral invertase (NI),sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS),sucrose synthase (SS) in watermelon changed,This indicated that the activities of enzymes were induced,In addition,the concentration of sucrose was Increased along with the treatment of 30 mg/L boron.Results from in field showed that:water fresh could be reduced by boron application,and the rate of water fresh decreased 42.9% when spray boron before infected by CGMMV.Viral content in seed embryonic and fruit flesh was higher than that of control.In conclusion,spraying of boron can adjust the activities of enzymes about sucrose metabolism,promote sucrose accumulation,induce watermelon resistance to CGMMV.
