| 摘 要： | 本文研究了性状选用及主成份信息保留量对距离分析的影响。试验以提型杂种小麦的亲本品系为材料,采用4种方法选择4组性状,在主成份信息保留量为70%及855两种情况下研究了性状选用及主成份信息保留量对距离分析稳定性的影响,结果表明距离分析方法表现出一定的稳定性,广义遗传力大小是选用性状的重要参数,最后对聚类分析及遗传距离稳定性问题做了讨论。

| Abstract: | Using parental lines of hybrid wheat with Timopheevi cytoplasm as materials,the influence of characters chosen and the retained val- ue of information were studied.With 4 groups of characters chosen according to 4 different methods and 2 levels of volumes of inform- ation,namely,70% and 85% of the principal component were retained in the study.The results indicated that to some extent there are con- sistence among different methods in distance analysis.Broaden herita- bility is an important parameter in the... |
