玉米高油型诱导系CHOI1和CHOI3的单倍体鉴定效率评价

摘    要:为系统评价新型高油型诱导系油份鉴定单倍体的效率,以籽粒油分含量分别为8.71%和8.72%的2个高油型诱导系CHOI1和CHOI3为父本,分别在海南省和北京市对10个普通玉米杂交种进行诱导,利用油分和R1-nj遗传标记对诱导产生的籽粒分别进行单倍体的鉴定,并对2种鉴定方法进行评价。结果表明:与遗传标记法相比,油分标记法的单倍体鉴定准确率更高,且不易受环境影响。CHOI1和CHOI3诱导杂交籽粒与其母本单倍体籽粒间的平均油分均值差异分别为2.21%和2.02%,变异范围分别为1.86%~2.63%,1.54%~2.46%;各组合诱导率平均值分别为8.30%和8.59%,变异范围分别为6.25%~10.40%,5.81%~11.19%。诱导系CHOI1作父本时,以油份均值(μ)+1.645×标准差(σ)作为区分单倍体的阈值,所测组合的单倍体鉴定准确率均高于90%,漏选率均低于10%。以4.0%的籽粒油分含量为通用阈值,所测组合均可达到90%以上的鉴定准确率。
