摘    要:为探讨城镇应急物资储备库布局优化问题,提出一种改进的应急物资储备库多重覆盖模型。首先,引入道路风险系数和交通满意度,在覆盖半径内需求满意度递减思想的基础上,构建满意度衰减函数;其次,针对应急物资储备库物资供应能力有限且应急救援工作是一个动态过程的特点,本研究从供需和时间维度2个角度出发,提出了城镇应急物资储备库动态多重覆盖模型;最后,通过实例验证了模型和算法的有效性。结果表明:对于情况复杂的应急救援工作,本研究构建的动态多重覆盖模型能有效提高应急物资储备库布局的科学性和实用性。

Abstract:In order to explore the layout optimization of urban emergency material depository,an improved multiple coverage model of emergency supplies repository is proposed in this study.Firstly,considering the road condition has important impact on the effect of emergency rescue,the concept of road damage risk factor and traffic Satisfaction are introduced in this article to build satisfaction attenuation function based on demand satisfaction decreasing within the coverage radius.Secondly,in allusion to the limitation of emergency material depository supplies ability and the dynamic process of emergency rescue work,an urban emergency material depository dynamic multiple coverage model is proposed from the perspective of supply and demand and time dimension.Thirdly,the validity of the model and algorithm is verified by numerical examples.The results shows that the dynamic multiple coverage model can effectively improve the scientific and practical emergency material depository layout.
