金融集聚、产业结构优化对生态效率的冲击效应及其区域差异分析

为提升金融集聚和产业结构优化对区域生态效率的促进作用,实现区域的绿色发展,本研究利用我国30个省市2004—2014年的面板数据,分析金融集聚、产业结构优化对区域生态效率的影响机制,并构建PVAR模型,采用GMM的方法进行了估计,然后利用脉冲响应函数和方差分解的方法分析了东中西部金融集聚对生态效率影响的区域差异。结果显示:金融集聚和产业结构对区域生态效率都有一个稳定持续的正向影响,脉冲响应呈现出东部地区冲击效应大、持续时间长、下降速度快的特征,而中西部的响应并不明显;方差分解表明金融集聚贡献稳定增加,呈现出中部贡献最大、东部次之、西部最小的格局,而产业结构则呈现出西部贡献最大、中部次之、东部最小的格局。基于此,一方面改善金融发展的社会环境和加强金融人才的引进,引导新兴产业和生态产业的发展。另一方面,中西部地区要积极承接东部的产业转移,优化自身产业结构,实现优化全国产业分工格局。

Impact of financial agglomeration and industrial structure optimization on ecological efficiency and its regional differences

In order to promote the financial accumulation and industrial structure optimization and realize the green development of the region,the impact mechanism of financial agglomeration and industrial structure optimization on regional ecological efficiency are analyzed in this study,based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2004 to 2014.A PVAR model is constructed and estimated by using GMM method.Then the impulse response function and variance decomposition method is adopted to analyze the regional differences in the impact of financial agglomeration on ecological efficiency in the eastern,central and western regions.The results show that:Both financial accumulation and industrial structure have steady and positive impact on regional ecological efficiency.The impulse response shows the characteristics of large impact duration,long duration and rapid decline in eastern China while the response of central and western China is not obvious.Variance decomposition shows that the contribution of financial agglomeration has steadily increased,showing the largest contribution from the central region,followed by the eastern and western regions.The industrial structure shows the largest contribution from the west,the second from the middle and the smallest from the east.Based on the results,on the one hand,it will improve the social environment of financial development and strengthen the introduction of financial professionals to guide the development of new industries and ecological industries.On the other hand,the central and western regions should actively undertake the industrial transfer in the east,optimize their own industrial structure and optimize the pattern of industrial division across the country.
