国内外甘薯研究态势述评

摘    要:为了解国内外甘薯Ipomoea batatas (L.)Lam]的研究热点和重点研究方向,基于Web of science(WoS)核心合集和中国知网(CNKI)核心期刊数据库,检索2000—2019年发表的甘薯文献,从论文产出、引文分析等视角对甘薯的研究国家、机构、作者、高被引论文、出版刊物、学科分类、关键词和基金资助做计量比较分析。结果表明:2000—2019年中国甘薯研究处于十分活跃的态势,在发文量、研究机构和核心作者数量指标上均为全球第一。但不容忽视的是,学术质量总体提升还未跟上,无论文献篇均引用次数、H指数还是高被引论文,与美国、日本等顶尖水平还略有差距,具体表现在优势科研单位和学者个体不多,高被引论文和高水平文章依然较少。此外,目前我国科技期刊总体上质量不高,本领域尚未创办出具有国际竞争力和影响力的学术期刊,与科研大国地位不匹配。甘薯研究领域中,国内外学者研究重点均在作物学和食品科学上,研究热点有紫薯、淀粉和花青素,鲜食、特用(紫肉、叶菜)甘薯将是今后研究的重中之重。

Abstract:This study aims to understand the status and trends of sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas L. )research through bibliometrics and provide scientific references for sweet potato researchers and policy-makers. Based on Web of Science(WoS)and CNKI database, articles related to sweet potato were searched from 2000 to 2019. Bibliometric analyses were performed to determine the indicators of scientific productivity, countries, institutions, authors, highly cited papers and journals. The results showed that: China was very active in the research field of sweet popato and ranked the first in the world in terms of the number of published papers and institutions, as well as the scholars. However, the academic quality of the articles published by Chinese scientists was not consistent with the quantity. There were gaps in the frequency of citation, H index or the number of high cited papers compared with those of the United States and Japan. There were no high quality academic journals with international competitiveness and influence from China, which did not match the status of scientific research ability. The main research subjects were crop science and food science. The purple sweet potato, starch, and anthocyanins were the research hotpots. The purple-fleshed sweet potato and leaf-vegetable sweet potato will be the most important research topics in the future.
