必宁特可湿性粉剂中莎稗磷在水稻和土壤中的残留动态研究

摘    要:用带FPD检测器的气相色谱仪测定了必宁特可湿性粉剂中莎稗磷在稻株、稻田水和土壤中的残留及消解动态。2年2地的试验结果表明,莎稗磷在稻株、稻田水和土壤中的消解都很快;莎稗磷在稻株、稻田水和土壤中的半衰期2分别为2 ̄3d、1 ̄2d和4 ̄5d。到水稻收割时,莎稗磷在2地水稻和北方土壤中均未检出残留,仅在南方高剂量施药区的土壤中检出了痕量的残留。

Abstract:Degradation of anilofos in soil was investigated and its residue in rice plant and water was measured with GC FPD. The result obtained from two years experiments showed that the degradation of anilofos in rice was fast, and its halflife was 1~2 d, 2~3 d and 4~5 days for water, plant and soil respectively. After a growing season, the residue of anilofos in both rice and soil was not detectable, except that in soil of Yangzhou, where the residue was in trace (below the maximum residue limit).
