抗虫棉中棉所30号种子萌发过程中生理变化的研究

摘    要:以转 Bt 基因抗虫棉中棉所30号与其背景材料中棉所16号为材料研究了种子萌发过程的生理变化,结果表明:转 Bt 基因抗虫棉种子萌发时吸水速率慢,浸种外渗物质高,种子活力低,脂肪降解利用较慢,表现在发芽率和成苗率低、幼苗生长缓慢等。同时种子萌发过程中,转 Bt 基因抗虫棉种子和幼苗中内源激素含量及比例与常规棉差异很大,脱落酸(ABA)含量较高,赤霉素(GAs)含量较低,GAs/ABA 低,可能与种子萌发不良有关;生长素(IAA)含量降低,细胞分类索(CTKs)含量提高和 IAA/CTKs 的降低可能是抗虫棉苗期生长势弱的重要原因。

Abstract:Physiological difference between Bt cotton zhongmiansuo 30 and normal cotton zhongmiansuo 16,with similar genetic backround as zhongmiansuo 30 was studied.Com- paredwith the normal cotton,water was absorbed more slowly by Bt cotton during germi- nation period,soluble matter was released more,fat was degraded and utilized slower,so the rates of germination,seedling alive and growth were all decreased.Level of endoge- nous hormones were quite different between the two varieties.Bt cotton had higher ABA, lower...
