梯度磁场对农作物产量的影响及其机制的探讨

摘    要:研究了梯度磁场对小麦、玉米及马铃薯苗期生长及产量的影响,并对其作用机制进行了初步探讨.结果表明,梯度磁场能促使农作物的种子、块茎等早萌发、早出苗,提高出苗率、促进幼苗生长发育,达到苗齐、苗壮、子粒饱满、提早成熟,并且显著地增加农作物的分蘖或分枝,提高产量达11%~45%.利用电子顺磁共振法测定了种子内自由基的浓度,并测定了淀粉酶及过氧化氢酶的活性,结果表明,梯度磁场处理能适当增加自由基浓度,使上述两种酶的活性均有提高.
