摘    要:为优化‘砀山酥梨’转基因试管苗的生根条件,解决梨试管苗生根的难题,以‘砀山酥梨’转基因试管苗作为试验材料,研究了基本培养基类型、培养方式、不同的间苯三酚(PG)浓度、不同的IBA浓度和暗培养时间对生根的影响。结果表明:采用两步生根法,试管苗在附加80 mg/L PG和20 mg/L IBA的ASH基本培养基上暗培养7d后转入附加80 mg/L PG的ASH培养基上进行光照培养,生根率达到91.7%。
