摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)方法检测了湖北白鹅基因组DNA微卫星标记的多态性,计算了基因频率、基因平均杂合度、多态信息含量,分析了不同基因型与肌肉水分、脂肪、氨基酸等肉质性状间的相关性.结果表明,所检测的8个微卫星座位的平均等位基因数为2.75个,群体基因的平均杂合度为0.594 5,多态信息含量是0.508 7.在所检测的8个微卫星座位中.ADL166座位AB基因型、MCW0104座位AC基因型、MCW0004座位BB基因型、MCW0120座位AD基因型个体的肌肉水分含量显著或极显著地低于其他基因型个体;ADL210座位BB与BC基因型、MCW0104座位AC基因型、MCW0004座位BB与CC基因型、MCW0120座位BB与DD基因型、MCW0014座位AB与BB基因型个体的肌肉脂肪含量显著或极显著地高于其他基因型个体;ADL210座位AA基因型个体的肌肉氨基酸含量显著高于BC基因型个体,MCW0120座位AC基因型个体肌肉氨基酸含量显著高于DD基因型个体.

Abstract:The polymorphisms of 8 microsatellite markers in Hubei white goose population were detected by means of poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The rate of alleles,heterozygosity and polymorphism information content (PIC) were calculated. The relationship between polymorphism of microsatellite markers and muscle characters such as the content of water,fat and amino acid(AA) was analyzed. The results showed: In Hubei white goose population,the number of alleles was 2.75,mean heterozygosity (H) was 0.594 5,PIC was 0.508 7 for the 8 microsatellite loci. In the 8 microsatellite markers tested,there were 4 markers being relative to water content,the 4 markers were AB genotype for ADL166 locus,AC genotype for MCW0104 locus,BB genotype for MCW0004 locus,AD genotype for MCW0120 locus; There were 5 markers being relative to fat content,the 5 markers were BB and CC genotype for ADL210 locus,AC genotype for MCW0104 locus,BB and CC genotype for MCW0004 locus,BB and DD genotype for MCW0120 locus,AB and BB genotype for MCW0014 locus; There were 2 markers being relative to AA content,the 2 markers were BC genotype for ADL210 locus,AC genotype for MCW0120 locus.
