高坝州水库增殖放流后叶绿素a和初级生产力的变化

摘    要:2010~2011年滤食性鱼类增殖放流后对高坝州水库的叶绿素a和初级生产力进行了监测,并就理化因子对其影响的动态进行了研究.结果表明,2010年高坝州水库的叶绿素a年平均含量为14.917 8mg/m3,2011年为10.226 8 mg/m3,2011年的叶绿素a含量比2010年下降31.45%;2010年初级生产力年平均值为1 236.72mgC/(m2·d),2011年为809.53 mgC/(m2·d),2011年比2010年的初级生产力下降34.54%;逐步回归分析表明,放流不同数量滤食性鱼类产生不同生态效应,2010年水库总磷、总氮、氨氮、硝酸盐、透明度对叶绿素a与初级生产力的影响极显著;2011年总磷、磷酸盐、氨氮、亚硝酸盐、透明度对叶绿素a与初级生产力的影响极显著.

Abstract:The chlorophyll a and primary productivity of Gaobazhou reservoir after the filter-feeding fish reproduction and releasing was monitored in 2010 to 2011;and the influence of physical and chemical factors was studied.Results showed that the annual average of chlorophyll a in 2010 was 14.917 8 mg/m3 while in 2011 was 10.226 8 mg/m3 which was decreased by 31.45%.The primary productivity was 1 236.72 mgC/(m2·d) in 2010 and 809.53 mgC/(m2·d) in 2011,with a decrease of 34.54%.Stepwise regression analysis revealed different ecological effects of different releasing number.The effect of total phosphorus,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,transparency on the content of chlorophyll a and primary productivity was very significant in 2010.The effect of total phosphorus,phosphate,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite,transparency on content of chlorophyll a and primary productivity was very significant.
