| 摘 要： | 为探讨河南蜂胶对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)的抑菌活性,采用琼脂平板扩散法,以枯草芽孢杆菌为试验菌种,将试验分为7个不同pH组(蜂胶浓度31％),以及在pH 5.5环境下设置10个不同浓度组,记录蜂胶对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果.结果表明,河南蜂胶对枯草芽孢杆菌有明显的抑菌活性,随pH增高,河南蜂胶对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性减弱；随着蜂胶浓度的降低,河南蜂胶对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性减弱,河南蜂胶可观测到抑菌环的最小浓度为0.12％.

| Abstract: | The antibacterial activity of propolis collected from Henan province against Bacillus subtilis,was tested by agar diffusion method.Plates smeared with B.subtilis were designed with seven different pH of the culture medium(concentration of propolis at 31%) and ten different concentrations of propolis(pH at 5.5) for antibacterial test;and the antibacterial ring was measured and recorded in each group after 24 h.The result showed that propolis collected from Henan province had antibacterial activity against B.subtilis,and the antibacterial activity declined along with the increasing pH or the decreasing concentration.The MIC(minimum inhibition concentration) of Henan propolis was 0.12%. |
