摘    要:采用微波消解-ICP-OES测定云南含笑(Michelia yunnanensis)叶片中的8神矿质元素含量.结果表明,H2SO4+HNO3+HClO4的混酸消解法的加标回收率在96.3%~103.9%,RS值在0.7%~3.5%,表明该方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,能够准确测定云南含笑叶片中的8种矿质元素含量.

Abstract:The method of microwave-digestion/ICP-OES was used to determine the contents of eight mineral elements in Michelia yunnanensis.The results showed that the recovery rate of the digestion method with mixed acids of H2SO4+HNO3+HClO4 was in the range of 96.3%~103.9% and the RSD was 0.7%~3.5%.It was a precise method for determination of the eight mineral elements in M.yunnanensis.
