摘    要:以云南省丘北县树皮乡辣椒主产区辣椒为研究对象,通过大田小区试验,研究磷肥的施用对丘北辣椒砷含量及分配的影响.结果表明.随着磷肥施用量的增加,土壤水溶态砷含量逐渐下降,辣椒茎叶、根和果实中总砷含量也逐渐降低,辣椒果实中的总砷含量低于总量的1.5%;辣椒植株各部位的总砷含量和砷的有效富集系数均表现为根>茎叶>果实,辣椒果实砷的有效富集系数为0.32~0.75;随着磷肥施用量的增加,辣椒植株根、茎叶和果实砷的有效富集系数逐渐增加,过多的磷肥施用量可能成为增加砷在辣椒中积累的潜在威胁.

Abstract:Field experiments were conducted with phosphate fertilizer application in order to decrease arsenic contents in chili pepper produced in soils contaminated by arsenic in the intensive chili pepper producing area in Qiubei county,Yunnan province.The results showed that:①Water-soluble As contents in soil decreased with rate increase of P application.As contents in fruit.root and shoot of chili pepper also decreased.As content in fruit was less than 1.5% of total As contents in chili pepper;②Distribution of As contents and AEC(Enrichment coefficient related to trace element availability)in chili pepper are similar.The order Was root>shoot>fruit.AEC in fruit WaS 0.32-0.75;③AEC in fruit,root and shoot of chili pepper increased with rate of P application.Excessive rate of P application increases potential As accumulation in chili pepper.
