摘    要:以-2℃为对照分别对二年生狭叶四照花苗在-8℃、-15℃条件下进行24h、48 h和72h的低温处理,测定其可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)的含量.结果表明,在-8℃48h处理下植株轻微冻害,在-8℃72 h,-15℃48 h,-15℃72 h处理下植株大部分或全部冻死.可溶性糖、脯氨酸和MDA含量在各处理下均有升高,MDA在-15℃48 h最高,脯氨酸在-8℃72 h最高;说明狭叶四照花具有一定的抗寒能力.

Abstract:The freezing effects on Dendrobenthamia angustata two-year-old seedling at different low temperature and different time were observed. At the same time, the contents of soluble sugar and MDA were determined. The results showed that under the condition of -8% for 48 hours, the Dendrobenthamia angustata two-year old seedling encountered slight freezing; the great majority of the seedlings withered owing to freezing at -8% for the duration 72 hours and at -15% for 48 or 72 hours. The contents of soluble sugar and MDA increased after treatment, MDA contents reached to the tiptop at -15% after for the duration of 48 hours. Dendrobenthamia angustata had some cold-resistance ability.
