长株潭地区农用地分等定级一体化研究

分析了长株潭地区农用地利用过程中存在的问题及理解了农用地分等定级内涵的基础上,对长株潭城市规划区进行农用地分等定级一体化研究,并对长株潭城市规划区农用地等别、级别的面积、分布特征、等级间相互关系及其形成原因进行了深入的对比分析,以期为科学量化长株潭地区农用地数量、质量及分布,为长株潭地区实施区域耕地占补平衡和基本农田保护提供参考,为科学核算耕地生产力,确定土地整理中的耕地质量标准服务.

Study on Integration of Agricultural Land Classification and Gradation in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Region

Based on the analysis of the questions in the process of agricultural land utilization and understanding the connotation of classification and gradation of agriculture land,integration of agricultural land classification and gradation in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region was studied.The grades,area of each grade,distribution and relationship between grades was deeply analyzed so as to quantized the number,quality and distribution of agricultural land scientifically,provide reference to the implementation of balance of occupation and supplement of agricultural land and protection of basic farmland,help set the standard of farmland quality in land arrangement and accounting of productivity scientifically.
