| 摘 要： | 采用苯酚-硫酸法对青海不同地区蕨麻1号与野生蕨麻中多糖含量进行了对比测定.结果显示,青海蕨麻1号中多糖含量高于野生蕨麻,在南山栽培的蕨麻多糖含量最高,五峰的蕨麻多糖含量最低.通过对不同地区蕨麻中多糖含量的测定,不仅可以对蕨麻的进一步开发利用提供可靠的参考依据,而且还可以找到优质的蕨麻品种.

| Abstract: | The comparatively polysaccharide content of Qinghai No.1 Potentilla anserina and wild potentilla anserina was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.The results showed that the polysaccharide content of Qinghai No.1 P.anserina was more than wild P.anserina,the polysaccharide content of P.anserina cultivated in Nanshan was highest,while P.anserina cultivated in Wufeng was lowest.Through determining the polysaccharide content of P.anserina in different regions,it not only provided reliable reference to make further use of P.anserina,but also found good P.anserina species. |
