| 摘 要： | 为指导烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)漂浮育苗中剪叶工具和旧苗盘消毒剂的使用,采用半叶法测定了3种消毒剂对烟草普通花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)病叶汁液和病苗干根、干叶中TMV的钝化效果,同时运用叶面喷雾法测定了消毒剂常用浓度下烟苗的药害发生率和症状.结果表明,兆冠50倍稀释液处理20 min可完全钝化病叶汁液中的病毒、50倍稀释液可完全钝化病苗风干的细侧根和叶片细条中的病毒；锦钰50倍稀释液处理5 min可完全钝化病叶汁液中的病毒、50倍稀释液可完全钝化病苗风干的细侧根和叶片细条中的病毒；金百万20倍稀释液处理20 min可完全钝化病叶汁液中的病毒、20倍稀释液可完全钝化病苗风干的细侧根和叶片细条中的病毒.常用浓度下金百万基本不产生药害；锦钰和兆冠易产生药害,症状主要表现为退绿斑点、坏死和叶片畸形.

| Abstract: | The effects of three disinfectants passivation and phytotoxcity effects on Tobacco Mosaic Virus(TMV) were evaluated in tobacco seeding.Local lesion assay indicated that TMV in leaves and lateral root of tobacco seedlings could be inhibited completely by Zhaoguan trealing for 20 min,or 50-fold dilutions of Jinyu for 5 min,or 20-fold dilutions of Jinbaiwan for 20 min.Except Jinbaiwan,the other two disinfectants could easily produce phytotoxcity at commonly used concentration,such as chlorotic,necrotic spot and disorder. |
