噻嗪酮在水稻中的消解动态数学模型研究

摘    要:采用GC-ECD法测定噻嗪酮在水稻(Oryza sativa L.)中的残留水平,建立Rayleigh动态模型、双室降解模型、阻滞动力学模型、指数负增长函数模型和灰色预测GM(1,1)模型等不同类型的数学模型,然后对其进行拟合度检验.结果表明,Rayleigh动态模型的拟合度最高,噻嗪酮在生态环境中的降解过程典型地受农药本身的化学分子结构、环境、施药次数和施药浓度等诸多因素的共同影响,应用Rayleigh动态模型可以很好地模拟噻嗪酮在水稻中的残留消解动态.

Abstract:Different types of mathematical model,such as Rayleigh dynamic model,two-compartmental degradation model,kinetic model,the exponential negative growth function model and grey predictive GM(1,1) model was established on the basis of the buprofezin residual content in rice determined by GC-ECD;and the fitness to model was tested.The results showed that the fitness of Rayleigh dynamic model was the best.The dispelling process of buprofezin in ecological environment was typically affected by the molecular structure of the pesticide,environment,times of spray and spray concentration.The Rayleigh dynamic model could better simulate the dispelling dynamic of buprofezin in rice.
