优良牧草鸭茅的温室抗旱性研究

摘    要:采用温室盆栽试验对16份鸭茅在不浇水的自然条件下进行4个水平的干热胁迫,观测其植株叶片相对电导率、叶绿素总含量、游离脯氨酸含量及体内SOD活性.随着自然温度的升高,鸭茅叶片的相对电导率和游离脯氨酸含量均呈递增趋势;叶绿素总含量则呈递减趋势;SOD活性则呈先递增后又递减的趋势.通过比较4项生理指标的变化规律以及指标间的相关性分析,来自新疆的02106,02104,01032和云南的02-111及四川宝兴的02-109鸭茅材料的抗旱性非常好.叶片相对电导率、叶绿素总含量、游离脯氨酸含量变化可作为鸭茅种质资源抗旱性能检测的生理指标.

Abstract:The drought tolerance of sixteen wild materials of Dactylis glomerata in greenhouse were analyzed in this paper.Relative conductance rate and dissociated praline all presented increasing;while full contents of chlorophyll presented descending with the rise of temperature in field,SOD presented first increasing then descending.Dactylis glomerata of 02106,02104,01032,02-111,02-109 were the best materials in drought tolerance and relative conductance rate,full contents of chlorophyll,the contents of dissociated praline could be used effectively for the test of drought tolerance.
