洞庭湖鲶鱼的人工繁殖与苗种培育试验

选择性腺发育成熟的鲶鱼,采用DOM、LHRH-A_2、HCG 3种药物的不同剂量组合进行人工催产,受精卵采取静水和微流水孵化.结果表明,性腺发育良好的亲鱼,对催产激素要求不严,单独使用、混合使用均可,在催情配组时应考虑雌、雄鲶个体大小的协调性,否则,雌鲶的产卵效率会受到影响.本试验共催产鲶鱼160组,平均产卵率93.75%、受精率75.35%、孵化率59.30%.在水温20-24℃范围内,约经37h鱼苗开始孵化出膜.

Test of Artificial Propagation and Fry Culture on Catfish (Silnrus asotus) in Dongting Lake

For providing the theoritical data about artificial propagation of catfish,the mixture hormones of different dose of D0M,LHRH-A_2 and HCG were injected into the mature catfish to induce spawning and the fertilized eggs were incubated with quiet or slow flowing water. The results showed that both one kind of hormone and mix-raise could urge the mature catfish of good sex gland;the coordination of size for the mated male and female catfish should be considered in order to enhance the productivity of female catfish. In the experiments, 160 pairs of the spawners were induced to spawn by hormone injection,the spawning rate was 93.75%,the fertilizing rate was 75.35% and the hatching rate was 59.30%. The small catfish came out from membrane about 37 hours after the water temperature was about 20 to 24℃.
