摘    要:探索了采用超声波-微波协同萃取灵芝子实体多糖过程中不同提取时间、温度和料液比对灵芝多糖提取率的影响.结果表明,与常规热水提取方法相比,超声波-微波协同萃取法不仅能明显地缩短提取时间,提高多糖提取效率,同时还能节省淡水资源.

Abstract:In this paper,the influences of extracting conditions on extracting rate of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides was studied by ultrasound-microwave treatment.The results showed that compared with the conventional hot water extraction methods,ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction method did not only obviously shorten the extraction time,but also enhanced the extraction efficiency of polysaccharides,and saved the fresh water resource was saved.
