| 摘 要： | 利用PCR和生物信息技术,对22匹利川马线粒体DNA Cytb基因全序列的遗传多态性及系统进化进行了分析.结果发现,利川马的Crtb基因全序列为1140 bp,并且检测到9种单倍型和26个核苷酸多态位点,约占所测核苷酸总长的0.53%.利川马mtDNA Cytb基因单倍型多样度为0.840 0,核苷酸多样度为0.0486.表明利川马mtDNA Cytb基因遗传多态性较丰富.根据mtDNA Cytb基因序列构建的NJ树,发现利川马是多起源的物种. |

| Abstract: | The genetic diversity and phylogenetic evolution of mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)Cytb sequences in 22 Lichuan horse gainpies were analyzed by PCR and bioinformation techniques.The results revealed that the complete Cytb sequence was 1 140 bp,and 9 mitochondrial haplotypes with 26 polymorphic sites which account for 0.53% of the analyzed length of the 1 140 bp were detected.The haplotype diversity and nucleotide diversity estimated were 0.840 0 and 0.048 6,respectively,showing rich mitochondrial genetic diversity in Lichuan horse breed.The constructed Neighbor-Joining phylogenetic tree based on the mtDNA Cytb haplotypes,shelwed that in Lichuan horse was a species with multiple maternal origins. |
