| 摘 要： | 对2006～2007年湖北省部分地区的猪高热病综合症的流行情况进行了实地调查和实验室诊断.共调查7个地市147个养猪场和养猪户,发病猪有67 040头,发病死亡27477头,发病死亡率41%.273份病料PCR检测呈阳性结果,其中猪瘟的阳性率为41%(86/210)、蓝耳痛为83.2%(213/256)、伪狂犬病为33.8%(48/142)、猪圆环病毒为70.5%(189/268).从采集的病料中分别分离到3株蓝耳病病毒、2株猪圆环病Ⅱ型病毒和2株猪流感病毒;分离到25株猪链球菌、36株大肠杆菌、13株副猪嗜血杆菌和29株巴氏杆菌等病原菌.
