植物生长调节剂对常绿欧洲荚蒾扦插生根的影响

以一年生的常绿欧洲荚蒾枝条为试材,研究了不同浓度的IBA、NAA及IBA+NAA组合处理对其扦插生根的影响。结果表明,单独使用IBA和NAA处理插穗时,IBA200mg/L处理的插穗生根效果显著地高于对照(清水处理)和其他处理,其生根率为81.7%,生根综合质量为43.6;IBA与NAA组合使用时,最佳组合为IBA200mg/L+NAA100mg/L,其生根率和生根综合质量分别达到了93.3%和49.9,生根效果优于IBA200mg/L处理的。

Effects of Plant Growth Regulator on the Cutting Rooting of Viburnum opulus

The effects of IBA,NAA and IBA+ NAA with different concentration on the cutting rooting of Viburnum opulus were studied using 1-year-old branches of V.opulus as materials.The results showed that:when IBA and NAA were used to deal with the cuttings,the rooting effect of cuttings treated by IBA 200 mg/L was obviously higher than that of clear water treatment and other treatment groups,and the rooting rate was 81.7%,integrated rooting quality was 43.6.When IBA and NAA were mixed and used,its best composition was IBA 200 mg/L+NAA 100 mg/L,the rooting rate and integrated rooting quality reached 93.3% and 49.9 respectively,the rooting effect was better than IBA 200 mg/L treatment.
