栝楼不同居群可溶性蛋白质和酯酶同工酶电泳分析

摘    要:分别提取采集于河南、河北、湖北和贵州省等地的栝楼14个居群的种子可溶性蛋白质和叶片酯酶,进行电泳分析,计算各居群间电泳谱带的相似系数,并对结果进行聚类分析.结果表明,不同居群栝楼间存在共有谱带,电泳谱带具有多态性.蛋白质电泳反映出不同居群的采集地与亲缘关系有一定的相关性,酯酶同工酶电泳则体现了不同居群具有共同的起源.种子可溶性蛋白质及酯酶同工酶电泳可为栝楼不同居群的亲缘关系提供生化参考.

Abstract:The electrophoresis pattern of protein in seeds and esterase isozyme in leaves of 14 different geographical populations were compared. Cluster analysis was used to analyze the bands. Different populations had some common bands and some specific bands. The Electrophoresis pattern of protein showed that the genetic relationship was related to region.
