腺病毒载体研究进展与展望

腺病毒载体具有高效传递和表达基因的能力(尤其是在体外),在过去的15年里已经得到充分地证实。腺病毒载体由于宿主范围广泛和对人体的低致病性、病毒颗粒比较稳定、基因组较少发生重排等优点,已经成为最常用的病毒载体之一。但由于细胞的靶向性和宿主的免疫反应限制了腺病毒载体的应用和发展,为此,对腺病毒载体进行了不断改进和完善,其潜在的应用价值也得到了广泛关注。现就对腺病毒载体的特点,改进和应用方面的研究进展综述如下。

Research Progress and Future Prospects of Adenovirus Vectors

It has been confirmed in the past 15 years that adenovirus vector can efficiently transfer and express genes (especially in vitro).Adenovirus vector has become one of the most commonly used vectors because of its wide host spectrum,low pathogenicity,stable virus particle and rare gene rearrangements.Because targeted cells and host immune response limit the application and development of adenovirus vector,the adenovirus vector has been constantly improved and perfected.Therefore,its potential applications have also been widely concerned.This paper reviewed research progress from the aspects of characteristics,improvement and application of adenovirus vector.
