铃木氏果蝇诱剂的配方筛选与田间引诱试验

摘    要:对以不同成品醋、酒为原料配制的糖醋酒液诱剂进行配方筛选,研究其对铃木氏果蝇(Drosophila suzukii Matsumura)的田间诱捕效果。结果表明,以陈醋配制的诱剂对铃木氏果蝇的诱捕效果最佳,以米醋配制的诱剂效果次之,两者之间对铃木氏果蝇的诱捕效果差异不明显;以云南小曲型白酒配制的诱剂对铃木氏果蝇的诱捕效果最佳,以高粱酒配制的诱剂效果次之,但前者对铃木氏果蝇的诱捕效果远优于后者;以不同种类成品醋、酒配制的糖醋酒液诱剂诱捕到的铃木氏果蝇雄虫数量远高于雌虫。

Abstract:Different varieties of vinegar or spirit which were used for making the mixed attractant of formulation screening, and the field trapping effect to Drosophila suzukii Matsumura were researched. The results showed that the best attractive ef-fect was the attractant using mature vinegar, and the rice vinegar took the second place, but the difference of attractive ef-fect between them was no significant; The best attractive effect was the attractant using Yunnan Xiaoqu white spirit, and the sorghum spirit took the second place, but the attractive effect of Yunnan Xiaoqu white spirit was much better than sorghum spirit; Both different varieties of vinegar or spirit of attractant, the attractive number of male was more than female.
