青刺果酵母发酵液活性成分分析及其抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:采用水提取和微生物提取的方式对青刺果(Prinsepia utilis Royle)黄酮、总糖进行提取,并测定粗提液对DPPH自由基的清除作用。结果表明,水提取与微生物提取青刺果黄酮的提取率分别为0.37%和0.88%,水提取与微生物提取青刺果总糖提取率分别是7.65%和3.38%。青刺果微生物提取液对DPPH自由基的清除作用在相同的稀释倍数下高于水提取液,表明微生物提取植物中活性物质具有一定可行性和优越性。

Abstract:Extracted with water extraction methods and microbiological methods for Prinsepia utilis Royle extraction of flavonoids and total sugar,then crude extraction were measured on DPPH radical scavenging effect. The results showed that the rate of water extract and microbiological extract of extract Prinsepia utilis Royle flavonoids and was 0.37% and 0.88% re-spectively,the rate of water extract and microbiological extract of extract prinsepia flavonoids and was 7.65% and 3.38% re-spectively,Prinsepia utilis Royle extract microbial scavenging of DPPH radicals at the same dilution factor is higher than the ethanol extract. Indicate microbiological method to extract the flavonoids of plants have certain feasibility and superiority.
