新常态下湖北省农业转型发展研究

在经济发展新常态下,作为传统农业大省的湖北,正面临着由传统农业向现代农业的重大转型。从土地流转进程、新型农业经营主体发展、农业机械化水平、农业科技创新、农业产业化经营、农业劳动力等方面分析了新常态下湖北省农业转型发展的特征。在此基础上指出了湖北省农业转型发展面临的诸如资金短缺、人才匮乏、机制不活、规模经营困难等问题,最后提出了新常态下湖北省农业转型发展的对策。

Research on Agricultural Transformation Development of Hubei under New Normal

As a traditional agricultural province, Hubei is facing a major transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture under the new normal of economic development. The characteristics of agricultural transformation development in Hubei under the new normal were analyzed from the process of land circulation, the development of new agricultural management main body, the level of agricultural mechanization, agricultural scientific and technological innovation, agricultural industrial management and agricultural labor force. On this basis, the problems existing in the agricultural transformation development of Hubei, such as the shortage of funds, lack of talents, inflexible mechanism and difficulties in scale operation were pointed out. Finally countermeasures for the agricultural transformation development of Hubei under the new normal were put forward.
