尼洋河双须叶须鱼年龄与生长特性研究

摘    要:利用2014-2015年在尼洋河收集的203尾双须叶须鱼(Ptychobarbus dipogon)样本,以鳞片为主要的年龄鉴定材料,对尼洋河双须叶须鱼种群进行了年龄结构和生长特性的研究。结果表明,尼洋河双须叶须鱼种群由2~15龄和18龄共15个年龄组成。其中优势年龄为2~10龄(占87.19%)。体重和体长的关系方程为W=1.44×10~(-4)L~(2.537)(n=203,R~2=0.876,P0.01)。其生长可用Von Bertalanffy生长方程表示为L_t=489.9381-e~(-0.119(t+1.245))];W_t=1 202.5291-e~(-0.119(t+1.245))]~(2.573)。生长拐点位置在t=6.697龄,对应的体长和体重为L=299.578 mm,W=399.028 g。双须叶须鱼生长较慢、体型较小,是对尼洋河生态与环境适应的结果 。

Abstract:A total of 203 samples of Ptychobarbus dipogon were collected from Niyang River,Tibet,in 2014-2015,in order to reveal the age and growth characteristics. The results indicated that scales of P. dipogon could be used to identify its age. There were 15 age classes ranging 2 to 15 in the population,with preponderant age classes of 2~10 years old,accounting for 87.19% of the total population. The relationship between body weight and body length was described by the linear equation, W=1.44×10-4L2.537(n=203,R2=0.876,P<0.01). The Von Bertalanffy growth function was Lt=489.9381-e-0.119(t+1.245)],Wt=1202.529 1-e-0.119(t+1.245)]2.573. The growth inflexion point of the body weight was 6.697 years with a body lenght of 299.578 mm and 399.028 g.
