摘    要:以3个不同品种新鲜的三色堇花材为试验材料,研究了柠檬酸、氯化镁和甘油用不同方法对三色堇花瓣保色、护色效果的影响。结果表明,采用B_2试剂用重压干燥法对XXL-YB-1-1品种的处理效果较好;采用B_2试剂用重压干燥法对DSRFB品种的处理效果较好,采用B_3试剂用微波炉干燥法对RIRB品种的处理效果较好。

Abstract:With three different varieties of fresh flowers pansy as experimental materials to research the effect of citric acid, magnesium chloride and glycerol on pansy petals color retention, effect of drying and color protection effect. The results show that the adoption of B2 reagents with dry weight method XXL-YB-1-1variety of treatment effect is better;B2 reagents with pressure drying method for DSRFB varieties is of better treatment effect;B3 reagent in the microwave drying method RIRB va-rieties of treatment effect is perfect.
