| 摘 要： | 对紫背天葵青枯病进行了田间调查、病原菌分离及纯化、致病性与寄主范围测定,结果证实该病是一种维管束细菌性病害,其病原菌与茄科劳尔氏菌至少有10种相同的寄主,其中紫背天葵等6种植物是茄科劳尔氏菌的新寄主.

| Abstract: | Bacterial Wilt of Gynura bicolor and its symptom and characteristic was studied by field investigation,pathogenic bacteria isolation,depuration,testing of pathogenicity and host range.The results showed that this disease was caused by bacterial.There were 10 same hosts at least between pathogenic bacteria of this bacterial wilt and Ralstonia solanacearum(Smith)Yabuuchi et al,while the Gynura bicolor was reported as one of six new hosts of the Ralstonia solanacearum(Smith) Yabuuchi et al. |
