| 摘 要： | 从植物根际分离到8株有明显促生作用的细菌,经形态和生理生化试验初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属.采用L16(2)15正交试验对由供试菌株组成的混合菌剂的促生效应进行了分析,选出对供试蔬菜有促生效应的菌株,并分析了其间的交互作用.

| Abstract: | Eight bacterium isolated from plant rhizosphere showed significant plant promoting effect.Results by gramstain,physiological and biochemical tests showed that they all belonged to bacillus.By using L16(2)15 orthogonal array,a plant pot experiment was designed and the plant growth promoting effect of bacterium mixture was analyzed.It was found that both of strains and the interactions of some strains showed significantly influence on dry weight of vegetables tested. |
