| 摘 要： | 以佛甲草(Sedum lineare Thunb)、鸭跖草(Commelina communis L.)、太阳花(Portulaca grandifloraHook.)、鸢尾(Iris tectorum Maxim.)、常春藤(Caulis hederae Sinensis)、吉祥草(Reineckea carnea Kunth)、露草(Mesembryanthemum cordifolium L.f.)等7种植物为试验材料进行耐旱性试验,筛选适合贵阳市屋顶绿化的植物材料,为当地今后屋顶绿化植物的应用提供科学的理论依据。结果表明,7种植物在干旱胁迫下,表现出相对含水量逐渐降低、可溶性糖与丙二醛含量逐渐升高、细胞膜透性逐渐增大、过氧化物酶活性与叶绿素含量先升后降的趋势。综合各植物的表现,7种植物的抗旱性从高到低依次为太阳花>佛甲草>常春藤>露草>吉祥草>鸢尾>鸭跖草。
