| 摘 要： | 采用盆栽试验研究了蚯蚓堆肥对小白菜产量、品质及土壤性质的影响。结果表明,施用蚯蚓堆肥显著促进了小白菜植株生长,改善了小白菜品质。施用蚯蚓堆肥处理的小白菜,除了展开度外,小白菜的株高、茎基粗、绿叶数均显著高于施化肥的处理;产量比不施肥提高54.1%,比施化肥降低10.2%,维生素C和可溶性糖含量显著高于不施肥和施化肥处理。蚯蚓堆肥处理与对照比较,土壤速效N、P、K分别增加15.68、10.71、24.30 mg/kg;与化肥处理比较,土壤速效N、P、K分别降低4.68、7.16、0.70 mg/kg。蚯蚓堆肥的加入改变了土壤的容重,使土壤疏松,增加了土壤的透水性及防止土壤表面板结,改良了土壤结构。
