灯盏花残渣发酵产沼气试验

摘    要:在总固体(TS)发酵原料为6%的条件下,以经过3个月堆沤预处理的灯盏花残渣为原料,在恒温30℃下,采用批量式工艺进行厌氧消化试验。结果表明,经过堆沤预处理的试验组发酵时间为35 d,其TS产气率为368 m L/g,挥发分(VS)产气率为449 m L/g,原料产气率为69 m L/g,池容产气率为0.11 m L/(m L·d)。将灯盏花残渣与其他植物原料进行比较,产气特性因原料的物理性质和化学性质不同而不尽相同。

Abstract:On the condition of total solid concentration of 6% and temperature of 30℃,the anaerobic digestion technology by residue of the Erigerm breviscapus (Vant.) was studied. The results showed that fermentation time of the experimental group was 35 days. The gas production potential of total solid (TS) was 368 mL/g,of volatile solid (VS) was 449 mL/g,of raw ma-terial was 69 mL/g,and of tank was 0.11 mL/(mL·d). Compered with other vegetalitas biomass materials,gas production char-acteristics were distinguishing in cause of physical and chemical properties of biomass materials being different.
