摘    要:采用盆栽方法研究了不同浓度Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+)胁迫对早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)品种润草1号(P.pratensis cv.Runcao No.1)生理特性的影响。通过检测润草1号叶片的叶绿素、脯氨酸含量和细胞膜透性,以及根系活力的变化,发现低浓度的Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+)刺激了润草1号的生长,提高了叶片的叶绿素含量以及根系活力;但高浓度的Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+)能够导致润草1号叶片的叶绿素含量、根系活力不同程度地下降。

Abstract:The stress effects of Cu2+ and Zn2+ at different concentration on the physiological features of Poa pratensis L. cv. Runcao No.1 were studied. The content of chlorophyll and proline, and cell membrane permeability of the leaves as well as the activity of root system were detected. The results showed that, at low concentration, Cu2+ and Zn2+ could stimulate the growth of P. pratensis Runcao No.1, increase the content of chlorophyll in leaves and activity of root system. But at high concentration, Cu2+ and Zn2+ could inhibit the growth of P. pratensis Runcao No.1, and resulted in lower content of chloro-phyll in leaves and decreased activity of root system.
