苦郎树扦插育苗及其苗木对木麻黄化感作用的响应

用3种植物生长调节剂ABT1、IBA、NAA诱导苦郎树Clerodendrum inerme(L.)Gaertn]扦插生根,对苦郎树使用植物生长调节剂扦插育苗和木麻黄(Casuarina equisetifolia L.)凋落物浸提液对苦郎树扦插苗生长与光合特性的影响分别进行了探讨。结果表明,3种植物生长调节剂都表现出高浓度降低苦郎树扦插成活率的趋势,ABT1适中浓度的400 mg/L处理对苦郎树扦插苗生根数量有显著的促进作用,3种植物生长调节剂对苦郎树扦插苗主根根长没有显著影响。木麻黄凋落物浸提液对扦插苗基径、株高的生长没有显著的影响,对苦郎树扦插苗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率具有一定的促进作用,对气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度没有显著影响。表明苦郎树是适宜在木麻黄海防林中生长的树种。

Cuttage Breeding of Clerodendrum inerme and the Response of Seedlings to Allelopathy of Casuarina equisetifolia

Three plant growth regulators, ABT1, IBA and NAA, were used for inducing cuttage rooting of Clerodendrum in-erme (L.) Gaertn; and the impact of litter leachates of Casuarina equisetifolia L. on the growth and photosynthetic character-istics of the seedlings was studied. The results showed that high concentration of the plant growth regulators tended to de-crease the survival rate of C. inerme cutting seedlings. ABT1 with appropriate concentration such as 400 mg/L significantly in-creased the numbers of cutting roots. There was no significant effect of plant growth regulators on the taproot length. C. equi-setifolia litter leachates had no significant effect on the growth of seedlings'' basal diameter and plant height. C. equisetifolia litter leachates had some promotion effect on the net photosynthetic and transpiration rate, but had no significant effect on stomata conductance and intercellular CO2 rate of C. inerme. C. inerme is suitable for growth in coastal C. equisetifolia planta-tion for windbreak.
