农业上市公司成长性影响因素研究述评

从企业成长性的概念出发,综述了国内外企业成长的理论研究;特别从中国农业上市公司的特点及其历年来的成长性研究方法着手,对影响企业成长性的企业规模、学习能力、财务因素、行业因素和国家宏观调控及政策等因素进行了梳理。分析现有农业上市公司成长性研究方法存在的问题,并提出了建议,以期为农业上市公司的健康稳定成长提供经验和借鉴。

Review of Factors Influencing the Growth of Agricultural Listed Companies

Based on the concept of enterprise growth,the theoretical research on the growth of domestic and foreign enterprises was summarized.Especially,from the characteristics of China's agricultural listed companies and their growth research methods over the years,the factors influencing the growth of enterprises,such as the enterprise scales,learning ability,financial factors,industry factors and national macro-control policies were sorted out.Then problems in the research methods of the growth of agricultural listed companies were analyzed and some suggestions were put forward,to provide experience and reference for the healthy and stable growth of agricultural listed companies.
