| 摘 要： | 针对由1个上游供应商和由传统、电子商务两种渠道零售商构成的考虑新鲜度损耗影响的果蔬产品供应链,研究了当突发事件引起市场需求、渠道价格敏感系数以及产品运输情况发生扰动时,对供应链系统的影响,并提出了通过调整零售价格与生产计划,实现供应链优化的方法。

| Abstract: | A fruit and vegetable products supply chain consisting a producer and two kinds of distribution channels which are online and offiine marketing in consideration of the wastage of fruit and vegetable during the transportation are studied.The influence of disruptions on the modes of supply chain is discussed when demand,the price sensitive coefficient and transportation of product are fluctuated simultaneously because of disruptions.And present that the supply chain can be coordinated by adjusting the price and program of production. |
