甘薯“两段法”种苗繁育技术研究与应用

摘    要:甘薯"两段法"种苗繁育技术包括第一阶段育苗(冬季繁殖育苗)、第二阶段育苗(春季繁殖育苗)等内容。2013-2017年,通过大量试验示范证明甘薯标准苗产量第一阶段育苗为500万株/hm2,第二阶段育苗为150万株/hm2。育苗、扦插、上市时间较常规种植提早30 d以上,节省种薯2/3,种薯苗床育苗面积的扩繁比例达1 500倍以上;叶菜类型甘薯和鲜食类型甘薯生产应用该方法可以实现早育苗、早扦插、早上市销售;发展淀粉加工类型甘薯春季栽培,与夏、秋季栽培比较,单产增加15 t/hm2以上。示范区目前已累计推广应用8 200 hm2,示范区鲜薯平均增产24.65 t/hm2,农民增收1.23亿元。

Abstract:Sweet potato two-phase seedling propagation technology includes first stage of winter nursery and second stage of spring nursery. Since 2013, a large number of experiments have proved that the output of the first stage nursery is 5 million seedlings/hm2, while the production of the second stage nursery is 1.5 million seedlings/hm2. Compared to the regular prac-tice, the time of seedling propagation, transplanting and harvesting is more than 30 days earlier; it can save 2/3 of the seed potato; the ratio of nursery area and production area is more than 1500 times. When this method is applied in leaf-type sweet potato and fresh sweet potato, we can realize early seedling propagation, early transplanting and early marketing of sweet potato. Compared with the summer and autumn cultivation, the yield of spring cultivation of starch- processing type sweet potato can increase by more than 15 t/hm2. The two-phase seedling propagation technology has been used in an area of 8200 hm2, with an average yield increase of 24.65 t/hm2 in the demonstration plot and a total income increase of 123 million yuan for farmers.
