乌鲁木齐都市圈经济规模等级与经济空间结构时空演化分析

以2002、2006、2010和2014年作为研究的4个时间截面,选取相应的社会经济数据,应用中心经济职能指数、位序-规模法则、ROXY指数、经济联系强度、经济隶属度的方法,对乌鲁木齐都市圈经济规模等级与经济空间结构进行系统演化分析。结果表明,乌鲁木齐都市圈是以乌鲁木齐市为核心的"单核"结构,但乌鲁木齐市的中心经济职能指数处于下降趋势,自2006年以来一直处于分散发展趋势。乌鲁木齐市作为最重要的中心城市,以其为中心形成显著的经济影响力圈层结构,西部地区石河子市经济影响力较强,因此西部地区受辐射带动明显,而东部、东南地区明显较弱,都市圈内部经济发展不平衡。在乌鲁木齐市"单核"轴向辐射的带动下,经济空间结构趋于合理,吐鲁番市、奇台县等边缘中心逐渐兴起。乌鲁木齐市最主要的西向经济联系方向,经济隶属度总体呈下降趋势,其经济联系方向有由西向东转移的趋势。

Evolution Analysis of Level of Economic Scale and Economic Spatial Structure in Urumqi Metropolitan Area

Taking four time sections of the study in 2002,2006,2010 and 2014,using a variety of methods of centrality eco-nomic index,Rank-Size regression,ROXY index,economic relation intensity and economic subordination degree with the appro-priate socio-economic data,the systematic evolution analysis of economic scale hierarchical structure and economic space struc-ture in Urumqi Metropolitan area have done. The results showed that although Urumqi city was the core of Urumqi metropoli-tan area which was a "single core" structure,the economic function index in Urumqi showed a downward trend. Urumqi Metropolitan area has been in a dispersion trend since 2006. Urumqi as the most important center city,taking the city as the center,the economic circle structure with the significant influence had been formed, in western region,economic influence of Shihezi city was strong, so the western region was significantly affected by radiation, while in the eastern and southeastern region,economic influence were weaker, economic development was not balanced in the inner city of Urumqi Metropolitan area. Driven by axial radiation of the "single core" in Urumqi City,economic spatial structure tended to be reasonable,Tulufan City,Qitai county and other edge center gradually developed. Economic membership degree generally showed a downward trend in the west to the economic link which was the main direction,its economic ties had a trend from west to east.
