陕南贫困地区农户移民搬迁意愿及其影响因素分析

陕南地区大规模避灾移民搬迁工程有助于改善灾区民众生活状况,提高其生活水平。通过实地调研,对274份有效调查问卷进行了分析,建立了影响农户避灾搬迁意愿的Logistic回归分析模型。结果表明,户主身体健康状况、搬迁前道路类型、灾害年损失程度及搬迁后家庭收入变化情况对农户搬迁意愿的影响较大;户主文化程度、原住地离集镇距离、搬迁前家里通电状况等因素对农户搬迁意愿的影响较小。

Migration Will of Farmers of Impoverished Areas in the Southern Shaanxi and Analysis of Its Influence Factors

Large-scale immigration relocation project of southern Shaanxi is helpful to avoid disaster and improve living stan-dards of the disaster area people. Based on investigation and analysis of 274 valid questionnaires, logistic regression analysis model that researches immigrants will and influence factors was established. The results showed that the health of household, type of road before moved, disaster loss rate and family income's change after moved have larger influence on the will of farmers move. Cultural degree of household, the distance from town, electricity factors before moved and so on have little in-fluence on the will of farmers to move.
