荷电双流体喷雾射流沉积均匀性分析

摘    要:为研究荷电双流体喷雾射流沉积的均匀性,基于双流体雾化喷嘴设计了荷电双流体喷雾系统及电晕荷电装置。通过试验研究,讨论了影响荷电双流体喷雾沉积均匀性的关键因素及其作用规律。结果表明,增加喷枪的工作高度、扇形压力或减小雾化压力,可以有效减小双流体雾化沉积分布变异系数,提高沉积的均匀性;静电场的参与能有效提高雾化效果,改善喷雾流场,提高沉积分布的均匀性。

Abstract:Based on the twin-fluid atomization nozzle,a charged twin-fluid spray system and corona charging device were designed to study the deposition uniformity of twin-fluid electrostatic spray. The key factors affecting the uniformity of twin-fluid electrostatic spray were analyzed through experimental study. The results show that increasing the working height, fan pressure or reducing the atomizing pressure can effectively reduce the coefficient of variation and improve the uniformity of deposition. The electrostatic field can effectively improve the atomization, and improve the spray flow field and uniformity of the deposition.
