卷烟材料参数对主流烟气苯酚释放量的影响

摘    要:通过均匀设计安排试验,采用二次多项式逐步回归方法建立了卷烟主流烟气中苯酚释放量与卷烟材料参数的数学模型,对模型进行了主效应、单因素效应、双因素交互作用、边际效应分析。结果表明,各卷烟材料参数对苯酚释放量影响的贡献率大小依次为滤嘴添加剂B滤嘴添加剂A滤嘴丝端丝束规格卷烟纸透气度=接装纸透气度成型纸透气度滤嘴嘴端丝束规格,其中滤嘴嘴端丝束规格的贡献率为0,表明滤嘴嘴端丝束规格对苯酚释放量影响不显著。两两交互作用较强的有卷烟纸透气度和成型纸透气度、卷烟纸透气度和滤嘴添加剂A、成型纸透气度和滤嘴添加剂B、滤嘴丝端丝束规格和滤嘴添加剂B、滤嘴添加剂A和滤嘴添加剂B;卷烟纸透气度、接装纸透气度、成型纸透气度、滤嘴丝端丝束规格与苯酚释放量呈负相关,适当提高这些参数的水平有利于降低苯酚释放量;滤嘴添加剂B对苯酚释放量的影响最显著,适量的滤嘴添加剂B对降低苯酚释放量效果明显,但是过量的滤嘴添加剂B对降低苯酚释放量有反作用。

Abstract:In this paper, a mathematical model is established by cigarette material parameters to the emission of Phenol in mainstream smoke. The principal-factor effect,single-factor effect,marginal effect and double-factor effect of the model are analyzed. The result show that, the contribution order for the Phenol emission is filter additive B>filter additive A>specifica-tion of tow in combined filter at tobacco end>cigarette paper permeability=tipping paper permeability>plug wrapper permeabili-ty>specification of tow in combined filter at mouth end. Cigarette paper permeability and tipping paper permeability,Cigarette paper permeability and filter additive A,tipping paper permeability and filter additive B,specification of tow in combined filter at tobacco end and filter additive B,filter additive A and filter additive B presented relatively obvious interaction between two factors. A negative correlation was observed between cigarette paper permeability,tipping paper permeability,plug wrapper per-meability,specification of tow in combined filter at tobacco end and the emission of Phenol. Filter additive B was the most significant factor,the Phenol in mainstream cigarette smoke decreased obviously with the increase of filter additive B in first and then the Phenol in mainstream cigarette smoke increased obviously with the increase of filter additive B.
